Is your shipping free?

It is if the contents of your cart is of a value of £75 or greater (ex. VAT), and your single delivery address is on the UK mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands).

Please note free shipping on orders placed via email or over the phone is at our discretion.

Do you have a minimum order charge?

Yes, we have a minimum order charge of £25 + VAT (£30 inc. VAT).

If you are ordering something very small, consider ordering multiples or waiting until you have something else to order along with it.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes, every product page on the website lists the quantity breaks for that product.

When you proceed to the basket page, you will see the discounts you have received for each product listed.

What if my order is really big, can you cut me a deal?

If you feel your order is large enough to qualify for a discount that isn’t covered by the standard quantity breaks, you can email us the details. We will take a look and see how we can nest your job to economise on material usage and offer you the best price.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our standard turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days.

Do you send really big items in one piece?

Yes. Unlike our competitors we will send very large items without splitting them into multiple pieces. We go to extraordinary lengths with our packaging to ensure your items, even the really big ones, get to you in one piece.

Please note we are ultimately limited by your material choice. For example, the size of a standard foamex or dibond sheet is 2440mm x 1220mm (8ft x 4ft). If your print doesn’t fit within those dimensions then we will have to split it.

How should I supply my artwork?

We prefer PDF files, 150DPI at actual size with at least 3mm bleed. These need to be formatted in all CMYK (no Pantones or other spot colours) with vectors preserved where possible and all fonts outlined.

I'm a printer / designer / other agency, do you offer trade accounts?

Yes, we offer trade accounts. We are happy to supply the full gamut of sole trader designers all the way up to large agencies or print brokers.
